When a buyer creates a new search profile that includes your sources, you will receive an email with a profile request to confirm.
Step 1: Receive email notification
- You will receive an email whenever there is a new profile request involving your sources.
- The email will prompt you to log in to the MT Connect platform.
Step 2: Access pending profile requests
- Log in to the platform.
- Go to Profile Requests → Pending.
- Click on the profile request you need to review.
Step 3: Review and set up the request
- Review the details of the buyer’s request (keywords, sources, and duration).
- Set up the search in your own monitoring system.
- Confirm and include the unique Hash ID. Every profile request includes a unique hash ID. This hash ID must be included in your content delivery so the platform can:
- Correctly redistribute the clips to the buyer
- Allocate costs and billing accurately

- Once ready, confirm that the profile is active.
By following this process, you ensure that buyers receive their requested content seamlessly, and that invoicing and reporting remain accurate.
