When using MT Connect Bulk features (Search or Listing), incorrect CSV formatting may cause upload issues.

To avoid this, always save your file using UTF-8 encoding before uploading.

For Windows #

When exporting your file as CSV:

• Select CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (*.csv)
• Save the file as normal

For Mac (Numbers) #

• Open your file in Numbers
• Go to File → Export To → CSV
• In the export settings:
  • Enable Include table names (if applicable)
  • Set Text Encoding to Unicode (UTF-8)
• Click Save
