When using MT Connect Bulk features (Search or Listing), incorrect CSV formatting may cause upload issues.
To avoid this, always save your file using UTF-8 encoding before uploading.
For Windows #
When exporting your file as CSV:
- Select CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (*.csv)
- Save the file as normal

For Mac (Numbers) #
- Open your file in Numbers
- Go to File → Export To → CSV
- In the export settings:
- Enable Include table names (if applicable)
- Set Text Encoding to Unicode (UTF-8)
- Click Save
