The MT Connect platform adds an extra layer of protection to keep your account secure.
Follow these steps to enable authentication:
1. Log in to your account and go to User Settings in the header.

2. Scroll down to the Multi-Factor Authentication section.

3. Click Set Up to start the authentication process.
4. Open your preferred authentication app on your mobile device and scan the QR code.
5. Enter the authentication code from your app into the code field on the same settings page.

6. A success message will confirm setup.

7. Log out and sign back in.
8. A new prompt will appear asking for your authentication code. Enter the code from your app and click Submit.

We recommend keeping MFA enabled at all times. If you need to disable it, go back to your account’s settings page and click Disable under the Multi-Factor Authentication section.
