Suppliers may occasionally need to update the pricing or terms and conditions of specific sources on MT Connect. This article explains how such updates affect your active and new search profiles.

Pricing updates

• If you are already subscribed to a source (e.g., Source XYZ from Supplier A) and the supplier updates the price while your search profile is still active, you will continue receiving it at the original subscription price.
  
• However, if you create a new search profile with the same source, the updated price will apply.
  

Terms and Conditions updates

• If a supplier updates the terms and conditions of a source you are subscribed to, you may choose to remove that source from your profile.
  
• Once removed, the supplier will be notified and has 48 hours to finalize the removal.
  
• You may also look for an alternative provider offering the same source.
  

Important note!

In rare and extraordinary cases, a source may need to be removed without the standard 3-month notice period.

• If this happens, you will be informed immediately by email.
