MT Connect is currently available by invitation only. 

Yes. You can participate as both, but each role requires its own contract, terms, and agreement with MT Connect. Once set up, you may switch between your buyer and seller accounts. 

You can have as many user accounts as needed per role or account type. While there’s no set limit, each request is subject to approval. Please note that simultaneous access and editing within the same account may lead to inaccurate data in MT Connect. Make sure all users managing your account are aware of this risk. 

At the moment, password resets are handled manually. Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Account”, and our team will assist you. 

Yes, you can set individual or global terms and pricing. Keep in mind that the global terms and pricing will be displayed across all your listings. 

In terms of pricing, you can set: 

• Individual price
• Market price (country)
• Global (across sources)

Yes. Whether you are using the individual or bulk upload process, any future listings you add to the portal will inherit the set market price (country-based). 

Yes, you can. However, each search profile has a minimum active duration of 3 months. This means your profile will remain active during that period, whether or not you have added sources. The subscription fee per search profile will still apply throughout the 3 months. 

There are two delivery options available, which you can agree on before onboarding: 

• JSON feed (a universal feed converted by MT Connect)
• FTP delivery (articles sent in ZIP format)
